Are Coverlay Dash Covers padded like my original dashboard?

No. These are dash board covers. Made to fit over your original dashboard with no instrument removal.

How are they installed?

Coverlay Dash Covers install without any instrument removal over existing original dashboards using recommended adhesive (provided in package). They are custom molded to fit each specific vehicle listed. Full Installation Instructions are included in every package. Coverlay Replacement Door Panels replace the existing worn out door panels using "Christmas Tree" clips which push into the original existing holes in the door frame. Door Panel Arm Rests are padded and come with each set of Replacement Door Panels. Padded Arm Rests can also be ordered separately.

What are they made of?

Coverlay Dash Covers are made from High heat Resistant ABS Black Plastic. Approximately 1/8" thick. Coverlay Replacement Arm Rests are made from original style foam padding covered with soft automotive grade vinyl, and can be dyed to match door panels.
