This 98-02 style Trans AM Ram Air Hood. Black air inlet grilles are not included. (Air box is sold separate!) It uses all your existing hood hardware. It is a really nice aftermarket fiberglass hood that will fit your 98-02 Firebird, Trans Am, Formula or Firehawk! It weighs about 35 pounds. It is made with 3 layers of fiberglass not 1-2 layers like most fiberglass hoods. It is very unique looking and will set your Firebird, Trans Am or Formula apart from everyone else's. It is also a great replacement hood if your original hood got damaged. We used one of this manufactures hood on our 2000 Ram Air Trans which has over 435 Rear Wheel Horsepower & 450 foot pounds of torque and we have had no problems with stress cracking or anything else. So it should stand up to most anything you can throw at it. It also gives you approximately an additional 2 inches of clearance over a regular factory hood. It comes in a gel coat finish which will need to be scuffed up before painting. Any paint and body shop will be able to take care of this for you.

Shipping over to the West Coast (CA, WA, OR, Etc.) , HI and Canada runs about $200-$250. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you need something sooner please call us and we will attempt to accommodate you. Our supplier offers a hood more like the original GM hoods dimensions.
