As on any retro fit you will have problems to deal with. Here the drivers side O2 sensor interfers with the crossmember. We relocated this O2 sensor to the top of the CAT. We had to drill a hole in the CAT and weld in a O2 bung. We then took a O2 plug and welded it into the existing O2 hole.
Each CAT had to be relocated in order to fit the 3rd Gen frame. We cut each CAT off right below the manifold flange and rotated the CAT unitl it cleared. We then re-welded the CAT into it's new positon. This is the drivers side.
This shows just how tight the CAT fits.
This is the passengers side CAT.
You will have to have a muffler shop make you a custom y-pipe.
