of the transmission Cast. The number indicates the model year, vechile application and month and

day produced.

The Build Date Code
starts with the Julian date (day of the year) on which 1982 production started. The build date code

continues with the Julian date until December 31 (365). The sequence then continues until the end

of the 1982 production.

NOTE:
